Bonchon Calorie Calculator: Calories, Sodium & Protein
Build a Bonchon order and see its total calories, protein and sodium from Bonchon's published nutrition document, then split it between people. Pick a sauce for wings, drumsticks, boneless and strips and see how much it changes the total.
Reading the results: A plus sign (+) means the total leaves out an item with no matching nutrition row, so the real figure is higher. "Not available" means none of the selected items has a usable figure. Sodium percentages use the FDA Daily Value of 2,300 mg.
Chicken sauces: Wings offer all five sauces. For drumsticks, boneless and strips the calculator offers Korean BBQ, Yangnyeom and Classic Crunch, because the PDF's Spicy and Soy Garlic rows for those cuts are inconsistent. Combo orders are not included.
Example Orders
| Order | People | Calories | Protein | Sodium | Per person |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Solo, no spice Chicken Katsu + Steamed Rice | 1 | 1,717 | 73 g | 679 mg | 1,717 cal · 73 g protein · 679 mg sodium (30% DV) |
| Two people share Buldak Buldak + 2 Steamed Rice | 2 | 3,406 | 115 g | 3,794 mg | 1,703 cal · 57.5 g protein · 1,897 mg sodium (82% DV) |
| Wings for three, Yangnyeom Medium wings (20 pc) + 2 Steamed Rice + Edamame | 3 | 2,950 | 160 g | 2,191 mg | 983 cal · 53.3 g protein · 730 mg sodium (32% DV) |
| Wings for three, Classic Crunch Same order with Classic Crunch wings | 3 | 2,830 | 163 g | 4,334 mg | 943 cal · 54.3 g protein · 1,445 mg sodium (63% DV) |
The last two rows are the same meal with a different wing sauce. Switching from Yangnyeom to Classic Crunch, the unsauced option, roughly doubles the sodium per person, because the published Classic Crunch wing rows list far more sodium than the glazed ones. You can reproduce any of these orders above.
How to Use This Calculator
Select Chicken, Main Dishes, Starters, Sides or Dessert, then press the plus button to add an item and the minus button to remove it. Choose a sauce where a menu appears, and set the number of people sharing to see an even per-person breakdown. On a phone, tap Details to see the per-person figures.
The per-person result is the total divided by the number of people, and does not assume everyone eats the same amount.
Where the Numbers Come From
Calories, protein and sodium are taken from identified rows in Bonchon's 2026 nutrition PDF, using the published serving or piece count shown on each item. Check the official nutrition download page for newer versions. The same figures appear in our guides to chicken, main dishes, starters, sides and desserts.
Items with no usable row: the Seoul Sampler, Korean Cucumber Salad and Sweet Potato Waffle Fries have no matching row in the PDF, so they are selectable but show no figures. The PDF's fried Shrimp Shumai row prints a calorie figure that does not fit its own fat and carbohydrate values, so only steamed is offered.
Nutrition can vary by restaurant, portion and preparation. Confirm nutrition, allergens, portions and availability with your local restaurant before ordering.
Understanding Sodium
The FDA Daily Value for sodium is 2,300 mg for adults and children aged 4 and older (FDA guidance). Sodium is the figure that varies most on this menu: a single order of Udon Noodle Soup lists 4,300 mg or more, and Fried Pickles list 2,885 mg, while Chicken Katsu lists 672 mg. The calculator shows each person's sodium as a percentage of the Daily Value, and flags any order that exceeds it. These are general references, not individual medical advice.
